Prior to working full time as a Realtor, I have spent fifteen years in sales, advertising and marketing field as well as owning my own businesses & real estate rentals for last 12 years. Being a life long resident myself, I know the appeal of raising a family here in Utah. I have been married to the love of my life for 27 years.

I have two wonderful and smart adult children, both of which throughout their adolescence, thought that I was absolutely crazy. Despite their childhood opinions of me, they managed to grow up to be happy and successful individuals.
When I choose to have some down time, most often, you will find me in Willard at Willard Bay fishing for the "infamous" Wiper. The thrill of the fight, has me hooked. Yes, I do "catch and release." I am a serious movie enthusiast. I think I know every famous movie quote there is. It is standard practice around the Lutz household around Christmas time to just randomly spout off, "YOU'LL SHOOT YOUR EYE OUT." ("A Christmas Story" quote) I love to putter around in my garden, In the wintertime you will catch me at Hardware Ranch in Cache Valley playing in the snow on a machine that leaves my ears ringing for days afterwards, but none the less, a fun adventure common in Utah. I am a kid at heart, so you will find me in Farmington at Lagoon as well. I enjoy traveling the world, marathon mall shopping with the girls,and camping at Monte Cristo, as long as I am not sleeping on the ground with snakes and bugs. I love soaking in the pools at Crystal Hot Springs in Honeyville. When I am not going all over the place for thrill seeking adventures, rather my family LIKES IT OR NOT, I like to spend as much time with them as possible.
I feel giving back to the community is very important. I have been very blessed in my career of Real Estate and meeting many of my clients throughout the Wasatch front so I volunteer as much as I can with the local animal shelters, assisted living facilities and hospice. I am the Chairwoman for the Breast cancer charities for the Roy FOE and participate in other charitable organizations.
Although I love my family, and have a passion for Real Estate, My Heart still belongs to an 80 lbs, temperamental, English Bulldog, named Hooch and a black Lab named Pudda. Love my Fur babies!
